The Wakerings Memory Hub

A dementia diagnosis can be scary and isolating for many people, who might not know where they can go to get advice and support.

Our Memory Hub offers a place to go with a warm community feel, where people living with dementia and their carers can talk to others, get information and support from our Population Health Nurses and learn more about what is available to you from local organisations. 

​

They are held on the first Monday of each month (unless there is a bank holiday) at Wakering Memorial Hall from 2pm to 4pm.

The dates for 2026 are:

• Monday 2 February

• Monday 9 March

• Monday 13 April (due to bank holiday)

• Monday 11 May (due to bank holiday)

• Monday 1 June

• Monday 6 July

• Monday 3 August

• Monday 7 September

• Monday 5 October

• Monday 2 November

• Monday 7 December
