The Wakerings Memory Hub

A dementia diagnosis can be scary and isolating for many people, who might not know where they can go to get advice and support.

Our Memory Hub offers a place to go with a warm community feel, where people living with dementia and their carers can talk to others, get information and support from our Population Health Nurses and learn more about what is available to you from local organisations. 

​

They are held on the second Monday of each month at Wakering Memorial Hall from 2pm to 4pm. The next hubs coming up are:

• Monday 3 November 2025

• Monday 8 December 2025
